Policy:

Due to the nature of the work there are no refunds. The appointment begins at the date and time indicated in the Zoom invitiation. If the client has not arrived in the Zoom meeting and no email has been received by the practitioner, an email reminder will be sent around the 10 minute mark. If the client doesn’t respond or arrive in the Zoom meeting within the next 10 minutes, that Client is considered a no show. No refunds are given for no shows. Special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to rebook.
